Ezekiel 28:15 Takes place before the serpent was the serpent. How do I know this? The serpent was evil in the garden of Eden. Wisdom is narrowing it down. Against God originally happened. It had to have happened. A verb does not happen until it is state of being verb first. It happened before the Serpent in the Garden of Eden and before darkness was upon the face of the deep in Genesis 1:2 because there is no darkness in God at all. The LORD found iniquity in Satan at the time frame Isaiah 14:13
Iniquity is darkness Isaiah 14:13 is original darkness which is at the beginning.
The first thing Satan ever murdered was his self when He deceived himself, going from Lucifer to Satan.

If God created all things does this mean he created the original wickedness in Lucifer's heart that he acted upon?

Why does the LORD state He created evil? He did not create the original evil. He created evil as a result of sin, also the original sin which was Lucifer acting upon his heart. Lucifer's heart was originally darkness incarnate. When? At the beginning. The evil the LORD is referring to is Hell and the Lake of fire. God creates evil to punish the evil that is already happening such as in the tower of Babel when He confused their languages, or when He will send a strong delusion.Genesis 11:7-9

Wickedness is supposed to be kept in ones heart. All is supposed to be done as unto the LORD and then he will give you the desires of your heart. If you follow your wicked heart you are evil, but if you follow the LORD and he gives you the desires of your heart it is no longer evil, but of the LORD.

And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.That darkness that was upon the face of the deep is Satan's darkness. And God placed the entire darkness inside the serpent. Darkness is deception. Genesis 1:2 is a deceived world before God finished creating it. Now it makes sense. 100% purity and 100% impurity. Ezekiel 28:15 Takes place before the serpent was the serpent. How do I know this? The serpent was evil in the garden of Eden. Wisdom is narrowing it down. Against God originally happened. It had to have happened. A verb does not happen until it is state of being verb first. It happened before the Serpent in the Garden of Eden and before darkness was upon the face of the deep in Genesis 1:2 because there is no darkness in God at all. Sometime between God creating Lucifer and darkness being upon the face of the deep Satan was murderer from the beginning.

When was iniquity found in the Lucifer when?
Isaiah 14:13-14
13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
The LORD found iniquity in Satan at the time frame Isaiah 14:13
Iniquity is darkness Isaiah 14:13 is original darkness which is at the beginning.
The first thing Satan ever murdered was his self when He deceived himself, going from Lucifer to Satan.
Isaiah 45:7
7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.
Colossians 1:16-17
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
If God created all things does this mean he created the original wickedness in Lucifer's heart that he acted upon?
1 John 3:9
9Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
The answer no. Wickedness is a state of being that must be rejected.
Hebrews 14:15
14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

Jesus was without sin in His temptations. Jesus rejected his wickedness.
Why does the LORD state He created evil? He did not create the original evil. He created evil as a result of sin, also the original sin which was Lucifer acting upon his heart. Lucifer's heart was originally darkness incarnate. When? At the beginning. The evil the LORD is referring to is Hell and the Lake of fire. God creates evil to punish the evil that is already happening such as in the tower of Babel when He confused their languages, or when He will send a strong delusion.Genesis 11:7-9
7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech.
8 So the Lord scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city.

2 Thessalonians 2:7-12
7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

Jeremiah 17:9
9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
Wickedness is supposed to be kept in ones heart. All is supposed to be done as unto the LORD and then he will give you the desires of your heart. If you follow your wicked heart you are evil, but if you follow the LORD and he gives you the desires of your heart it is no longer evil, but of the LORD.
Psalm 37:4
4 Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
Psalm 37:4 and Jeremiah 17:9 together.

Darkness that already existed outside of God otherwise there is no explanation as to how and all powerful God, and all loving God, and protecting God could allow this unless there is darkness that moves.5. Darkness eternal that exists that the LORD creates for all evil.Matthew 8:1212 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.6. Darkness the LORD creates as a part of his creation such as the color black because God created all things.7. Darkness a timeline which is the absence of truth in movement.8. There are various kinds of darkness which are a combination of all them.If one places number 7's darkness with number 1 that makes the most most sense. The darkness timeline found Lucifer's heart, which made him think so wickedly at the very beginning, which is why he was able to commit the first sin.
