Increasing Knowledge of Study to Show Yourself Approved

 Jesus is A and Z. He who is, who was, and who is to come. He came into this world to die on the cross of Calvary and shed His blood for the remission of your sins. He was buried, crucified, and God raised Him from the dead three days later. Believe in the LORD Jesus Christ and you shall be saved.




2 Timothy 2:15

15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.


When the LORD wrote 2 Timothy 2:15 he knew about our sin nature, and our faithlessness. How we think in our sin nature:
"It's embarrassing to think people could actually walk on water. It's embarrassing to think someone could be raised from the dead."
That is why we study. We study because it leads us back to LORD.


A man reads Revelation 1:8

Revelation 1:8

8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.


Oh God is almighty, so that would explain how he was able to raise up from the dead. That would explain this ginormous universe.

Our minds think "It's embarrassing to learn from the Bible because it's a book, and no it's ridiculous to force our beliefs on others."

A man reads Hebrews 12:2

Hebrews 12:2
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Now one knows with faith we got our morals from the most moral being to displayed His love for us ever.

By studying it gives us and answer to all things.


Proverbs 14:12

12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

By studying one can counter all answers that go against the LORD and Savior Jesus who is the Messiah with a righteous answer.

Colossians 3:23-24

23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.


You study to show yourself approved as unto the LORD.
You study to show yourself approved to have an answer to lead people to LORD.

1 Peter 3:15
15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
