Increasing Knowledge of Matthew 7:22-23

 Jesus is the A and Z. He who is, who was, and who is to come. He is the Lamb who was slain. He came into this world to die on the cross of Calvary and shed His blood for the remission of your sins. He was crucified, buried, and God raised Him up from the dead three days later. Believe in the LORD Jesus Christ and you will be saved from the lake of fire which is the 2nd death.


Matthew 7:22-23

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.



TheIAMservant translation:

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

That's true. You did not prophecy in my name and in my name cast out devils, and in thy name done many wonderful works. Now depart from me. I never knew you, ye that work iniquity.
