Believing in Spirit and in Truth vs. Believing in Vain Pt. 3

Jesus is A and Z. He who is, who was and who is to come. He came into this world to die on the cross of Calvary and shed His blood for the remission of your sins. He was crucified, buried, and God raised Him from the dead three days later. Believe in the LORD Jesus Christ and you shall be saved from your own sins and the reward of the wicked which is the lake of fire.

1 Corinthians 15:1-2

1Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

Matthew 25:24-26

24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:

25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.

26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.

26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:

A way to believe in vain:

A man can believe in Jesus and the Gospel. but dedicated their lives to teaching something false using scripture.

Example. If a man knows the Gospel, but decides to teach from the Torah, and starts saying things such as "It's all about you!" "You have the power to create you're own destiny." or "It's all about tolerance." He is a deceiver and is believing in vain.
