4 Kinds of Repentances

 Jesus is A and Z. He who is, who was, and who is to come. He came into this world to shed His blood, being the perfect lamb who was slain on the cross of Calvary. He shed His blood for the remission of your sins. He was crucified. He was buried. God raised Him up three days later with His power. Believe in the LORD Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved.

Repentance def:
To change one's mind.

Exodus 32:14  
14 And the Lord repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people.

Genesis 6:6

6 And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

Genesis 20:2-3

2 And Abraham said of Sarah his wife, She is my sister: and Abimelech king of Gerar sent, and took Sarah.

3 But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, Behold, thou art but a dead man, for the woman which thou hast taken; for she is a man's wife.


Abraham feared Abimelech, but because he believe in the LORD, the LORD took care of it.

To turn away from sin and turn to the LORD

Acts 3:19

Acts 3:19 - Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

To turn from sin only to a self-righteous degree.

Matthew 27:3-5
3 Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,

4 Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.

5 And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself.
