The Cycle of Treating Them Like Christ & Treating Them Like The World
Jesus is A and Z. He who is who was, and who is to come. He came into this world to die on the cross of Calvary, and shed His blood for the remission of your sins. He was buried. He was crucified, and God raised Him up from the dead three days later. Believe, and you will not perish, but have everlasting life. It will be better than you can imagine for all eternity.
Matthew 7:12
12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
Matthew 22:39
39And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Matthew 5:44
44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
So how should you do this? How should you treat others?
Hebrews 11:6
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Galatians 5:22-23
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
With faith in the LORD, we treat the world with the fruit of the spirit. That's love.
2 Thessalonians 3:15
12Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread. 13But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing. 14And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed. 15Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother. 16Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all. 17The salutation of Paul with mine own hand, which is the token in every epistle: so I write. 18The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
What does in mean to have no company with him?
2 Corinthians 6:14
14Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
Remember Jesus spent time with Judas who was a nonbeliever, so to be equally yoked to a nonbeliever means to spiritually connected to them.
So, after you have no company with a person, how do you treat the person?
Matthew 7:12
12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
Matthew 22:39
39And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Matthew 5:44
44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
So how should you do this? How should you treat others?
Hebrews 11:6
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Galatians 5:22-23
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
IT'S A CYCLE!!!!!!!!
