Denominations. More Spiritual Mathematics

 Jesus is the A and Z. He who is, who was and who is to come. Jesus died on the cross of Calvary and shed His precious blood for the remission of your sins. Jesus is the son of God. He is one with the Father God. Believe on the LORD Jesus Christ, and your sins shall be forgiven. You shall inherent eternal life, and you shall be saved.





Is it sin to have a denomination?



While I do not know what makes different denominations different denominations, I can provide examples.





One denomination may become a denomination for one reason while another become a denomination for another reason. 





Example: One church may have become a domination because they believe open skin exposure is living after the flesh. So they become a denomination and categorize themselves based off their rules to keep them from temptation.





Example 2: Another denomination may become a denomination because they heard someone playing rock music while they were more familiar with hymns. Both are serving the LORD.





To the answer the question, the answer is no.



All who believe in Jesus in spirit and in truth are free to worship with how the LORD provided them.





Denominations fall in the category of rightly dividing.



In the body of Christ, there are Presbyterians, Baptists, Lutherans.



We all believe in Jesus and His finished work on the cross.



2 Timothy 2:15



Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Believing in Spirit and in Truth vs. Believing in Vain Pt. 2
